I’m so excited to share this Dayton Maternity Photographer Session today!

I worked with Nicole, an absolute delight, and her husband who are expecting a baby girl in a couple of months! I loved seeing their joyous anticipation!

Studio Maternity Photography Session

We rented studio space from Locus and Vine. This was a fantastic space to do a maternity session in! We were able to use the white backdrop for most of the photos and it still gave this light and airy feel, but we didn’t have to go outside during the winter, which is always a plus!

We were also able to use different parts of the studio, including the sofa and some other pieces of furniture that they had! This added some beautiful diversity to the photos. Speaking of diversity, we even did a little outfit change! Nicole brought multiple outfits to choose from, and you can see the change between the beige cardigan and the white top. Doesn’t she look beautiful in both?

I love maternity sessions because they are very laid back! This approach gives everyone a chance to relax and get to know each other before their newborn baby comes. I love to work with expecting mamas and then meet their sweet new baby a couple of months later! I offer a “bump to baby” Package that includes a studio maternity session, along with an in-home newborn lifestyle photography session for only $350.

It’s also a beautiful way to commemorate the rite of passage of motherhood! Pregnancy is a beautiful time in a woman’s life, and while it comes with many changes, it’s so important to celebrate! It’s a beautiful, miraculous thing to grow and carry a child within you. You will never be the same after this experience, so let’s work together to capture every beautiful aspect of it!
