I’m so excited to share this Troy, Ohio Family Photography session taken at Hobart Urban Nature Preserve family photogrpahy session with you today! I am one of the local Dayton Ohio photographers, I love when I get to photograph session in Troy, Ohio too! When the Wallace family reached out about lifestyle family photos, I just couldn’t wait to work with them! There’s something so special about family sessions because the bond between family members is so visible.

Troy, Ohio Family Photography Session

This beautiful family of three, Ashley and her two children Gavin and Ariella, were such a joy to work with. Both of these sweet kids loved being outside and they had a blast running around Hobart Urban Nature Preserve. The weather was glorious. The sun was out and the temperature was cool. It was the perfect weather to run around in nature.

Ariella loved hunting for butterflies and worms. Gavin, who is five, is a racecar lover, but he found plenty to enjoy out in nature even though there were no racecars in the park. They both were big fans of the fluffy dandelion flowers. Ariella, who is three, was a little nervous at first, but in no time at all, she warmed up and had a great time. I’ve found this to be totally normal for toddlers, sometimes it just takes a little time! Ariella is a little princess and she loves to take care of her baby dolls. They both enjoyed running around this wide open space! They were so energetic, it was contagious!
